Sorry for moaning- but I had a bad day to-day. I only get weighed every two weeks (due to distance from CD) and I only lost 4.5Ib (for two weeks!!!:cry. It is the TOTM but I felt so cheated as I had been really good; exercising and drinking gallons of water! So when I came home I did the last thing I should have done- I ate:break_diet:! Now I'm p****d off and guilty! I know this diet works if you stick to it- but I do envy the dramatic losses that some people have achieved in a short time.
