Try not to be too hard on yourself we all have them. Try to write down the reasons you want to lose weight, put them on cards and place them in strategic places in the kitchen. I've just had to do this as I've baked fairy cakes and flapjacks for the kids and they are calling to me! lol! I've stuck a 'note to self' on the tubs to try and stop me.
You've done really well so far, so praise yourself for the loss you've had and put the bad days behind you. Believe you can get back on track and make sure you haven't been depriving yourself of too much. Better to plan to have one chocolate bar than to eat 5 unplanned.
