bad few days..

    well is all started Monday had a good loss so had a bit of a day off not too bad but if i hadn't just weighed in i wouldn't of eaten it, then Tuesday i was out of control.. i did count the cals but it didn't seem to stop me so i reckon i must of eaten about 2000 cals eek! but on crap too so high fat.. not good. iv been trying since to try to regain ground and was OK yesterday with 1500 cals but couldn't manage any wii as I was so tired come evening when i was due to do it like normal.. today ive added the cals iv eaten and what im going to eat and it works out just under 1200 and im going to force myself to do wii tonight. i just don't know how i slipped up so bad all i can think was that by treating myself if u can call it that i had just reset to old habits.. so no more Monday night treats! i just really hope i can come out of this week without a gain and hope ive rescued the rest of the week..

    I had a treat of a huge choccie bar last night as I had lost 5lbs - it doesn kind of defeat the point though doesn't it!!

    I need to get out of habits where I want to eat a whole bar of choc... so I think it is best to not congratulate yourself in that way. Maybe a small bar, or a small treat, but not something excessive! thats my plan from now on anyway!

    I try not to have food as treats anymore, its all just food and I can have a some if I want it. It helps me if I remind myself that I don't need to have it all today - and it will still be there tomorrow if I want more then!

    Don't worry about slipping up for one day! Especially if it was ony 2000 cals I bet if you had really slipped into old habits it could have been much more than that! (I know I could have!) You've done the right thing by getting straight back on track the next day, and I'm sure by weigh day things will have sorted themselves out!

    thanks girls thats my thinking.. i may just have monday as my rest day of exercise and have a nice bath or something instead.. well at least lesson learnt! just done 1hr30mins on the wii and feel way more positive about it all! :)
