Bad girl..

I was a very bad girl last night! I went to BBQ and I have NO willpower

I had 2 sausages!!! some crisps and dips and 5 marshmallows and chocolate fondue! and BBQ banana omg.. shoot me now! On the plus side I had lots of green day salad stuff..... I hope it isnt too bad tomorrow at weigh In........

That's not too bad (just depends on how many crisps and dips) if you've pulled it back today i'm sure it'll not be a disaster

thanks! I did try to restrain from the dips and the chocolate fondue!!.. I tried to fill up on bulgarwheat (sp) my friend did which was lush.. and salad and a few potato salad. I didn't have any bread though so that was good. I have been an angel the rest of the week so hope I at least don't put on!

you will be fine- last week i went a little mad all weekend, but think i clawed bk as i lost 2lbs, hoping it dont creep up on me this week at weigh in tho lol
