Aww... I know the feeling honey, just one of those days where everything seems to go wrong!

I know it sounds cheesy, but try to make a list of five things that are good about your life right now...because when you're in a bad mood, it can be so easy only to notice the little things that are annoying you, and ignoring the big good things!

Or feel free just to rant on here :)

Poor you - would it be worth making a plan for this week and maybe make some non-weight related goals. Eg drink the correct amount of water, take playful pooch out for a long walk every night, get nails done. Anything to keep your mind of food and to guarantee success. Take care.
