Bad Week

    Wel, I was expecting this.

    Had my weekend away at the spa from when I won the Asda Slimathon and you guessed it I put on.

    3lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not the end of the world as I was not worried about it as I wanted to enjoy the time away. and my CDC thought that it was not that bad and it would be gone by next week.

    gone back on 1000 a day step of diet with plans to get to my overweight 18St 7lbs before deciding wether I have gone far enough....

    Looking forward to next Monday to see if the 3lbs have gone and if any more has dropped.

    The guys at work want to do a story about my weight loss and want to demonstrate my total loss in a pictorial form.

    not sure what they will us but will have something that we deliver to the stores. e.g. Cauliflowers

    Wow, that's going to be a fair few cauliflowers as you have done so well!!! In the overall picture of your weightloss I would say a 3lb gain at the spa is not much to worry about and will resolve over the next week or so. You should just concentrate on the wonderful results you have achieved and feel really poud of yourself.

    Hi,

    It's amazing that you've lost the weight of a grown person. Congratulations! I wouldn't worry about the 3lbs, it's just glycogen and fluids, it'll go in no time, chin up. Nice to 'meet' you.

    Thats a lot of weight to loose and your 3lb will be off in no time. I put on 7lb after a weekend away, got on scales this monday and couldn't believe how I'd done it, as been so good as well, with low carb and high protien. But go straight back on plan Monday and stepped on scales this morning and its gone already. Keep on the fab track that you have been on.. Most of us have a small blip and its those of us that get straight back on that will continue to loose big time. Take care and enjoy loosing more lb's. xx
