I've been having probs too. Are you taking fibreclear everyday? Also dulcoease helps to soften poo, will make it easier. Hope you get it sorted.

thanks emma i havent been taking fibreclear but i am now lol just taken sennakot although perhaps i should have got the dulcoease.
