    Hi all

Yesterday I was looking for a Balsamic Salad Dressing to go with a watermelon and Feta cheese salad I was making, but all the dressings I found were oil based. So decided to have a play around and see if I could make one myself....I have to admit it was lush and could also be used for all types of BBQ'd meats as its is similar to the Syn Free BBQ Sauce....

3/4 cups of Passata ( you could use tomato or clamato juice)
    1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
1 handful of finely chopped herbs ( I used parsley, thyme, sage, mint, chives and oregano as I have them in my garden)
2 sachets of splenda ( but any sweetener will do)

Put them all into a container and give them a good shake....chill in the fridge till you are ready to use it....

I think nearly every one here tried ut yesterday and they all gave it the thumbs up......enjoy
