Banana Crumble

Easy Peasy Banana Crumble::D
Serves 4
Pts 2½ each portion.


150g low fat custard
40g rolled oats
2 ripe bananas
20g Butter (extra light)
30g golden syrup

1) Chop bananas and divide between 4 ramekins
2) Mix oats with butter and golden syrup until well mixed
3) Spread oat topping over bananas
4) Bake in oven at 180 for about 15mins till oats are golden brown
5)Divide custard between ramekins and enjoy....

P.S Not tried this yet,but will do tomoz.

i only want to make 2 so do i just halve all the ingredients? lol i have my two ramekins at the ready :D so excited i never bake/cook haha :)

i haven't a clue how many points each these things were but by god they were amazing!!!!!!!!! never eaten something so scrummy!! thankyou will be making them again so so so easy!! i'm thinking of just using little bit's of ingredients get time though lol i think i used;

i used; small banana sliced - 1point (i think lol)
syrup - 23gs works out about 1 point also
butter - 20gs (flora extra light) - 1 point
then for the oats i brought tesco's oaties biscuits and crushed them! :D x 4 YUM - 1 point each :)

so ermmm, 7 points, then low fat custard pots from tesco which where 2 points and very scrummy, so 9 points, made 2 ... 4.5 :D

next time i don't think i need as much oaties though and less butter so will work it out ... mayone know of less pointed custard too please? thank you

You know that toffee sauce you get to pour over ice cream cones, well that tastes delicious poured over this aswell mmmmm
