50 g porridge, made with water
300 ml skimmed milk
1 medium banana(s) sliced
100 g raspberries
1/4 tablespoon artificial sweetener

Place the oats and milk in a pan and cook, stirring over a medium heat for 3-4 mins until thick and creamy. Stir in the banana and sweeten to taste. Decorate with the raspberries and serve.
