bars and 1st day

will my losses slow down if i have 1 bar a day? i have ordered 7.. when i run out what tesco bar can i get? and also AGAIN will the tesco ones slow my loss down xxxx

Exante bumper packs are sold to have one soup one shake and one bar a day. So no unless you have bars which are about 3700 cals they have no bearing on your losses
