Hello everyone,
I am about to start following Cambridge again after 2 failed attempts in the past
I was just wondering.... I know that you are not supposed to have the bars until week 3 but am conscious of the fact that I have given up twice on day 5 after just having the tetras (Don't like any powdered shakes or soups). I think if I can look forward to sitting down with a bar on an evening it might just get me through and help me stick to the diet this time.
What do you guys think? Should I just stick with the shakes and porridge as recommended and hope I can get past the fifth day this time or should I start from day 1 with the bars as I feel this may help me stick with it :sigh::sigh::sigh:
If anyone has any experience with having bars from day 1, I would love to hear about them please including what your losses were like etc
