Got this recipe by googling and I have to share it because It's simmering as we speak and smells divine!!
Serves 4 - free on red & EE (can use beef as hexb on green or syn it)
1.5 kg braising steak
x2 small cartons of passata
2 tsp lazy garlic
1 tsp English mustard
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2-3 onions
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp Worcester sauce
4 tbsp sweetener or to taste
Brown beef & onions and stick it all in a slow cooker on low for a minimum of 6 hours. Enjoy!!
