fresh sardines on BBQ are nice with just lemon juice, tuna steaks, yogurt/spices marinated chicken, peppered steak

PV days
chicken/steak kebab (one piece meat, one piece veg), baked stuffed courgettes (wrap up in foil and leave in coals), green salad (especially with steak!)

Shish kebabs are perfect, especially with peppers and mushrooms.

Lean steak-mince burgers would be great, too. There's a raft of good barbecue ideas - prawn skewers, steaks, chicken pieces... plus vegetables like butternut squash work well too.

Make up a little Dukan-friendly barbecue/steak sauce and you're set!
