BBQ sauce please help

i need a BBQ sauce that is low in syns so i can make hunters chicken anyone any ideas?

Have you had a look for a diet coke chicken? I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for but give it a go, it's gorgeous lol

its for Hunters chicken which is BBQ sauce and cheese melten on Chicken wrapped in bacon i found out that BBQ sauce is 1/2 sin per TBSP

Hey,

Britmum has a recipe for BBQ sauce which I made the other night and it was fab, here is the recipe:

For the Barbecue Sauce
1 medium onion finely chopped
250ml of passata
1 tsp mild chilli powder
3 tbsp artificial sweetener
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper to season
