For veggie bbqs...

Haloumi and veg kebabs (it is not a healthy extra, but worth the syns!)

Cheese burgers - quorn burgers (frozen 4 in a box) are only 0.5 syn each. Make them go further by having open buns - burger, relish and self-melting plastic cheese.

Cauldron sausages - 1 syn each and nicer, imo, than quorn for a bbq.

Huge mushrooms, bit of frylight and chopped garlic. Leave on bbq for as long as possible and it will cook in its own juices.

Baked potatoes, halved, scoop out spud flesh, mix with low low cheese, spring onions and black pepper, add back to potato shell and place directly on the bbq until the cheese goes melty.

Corn on the cob.

Serve with salads, spicy rice, coleslaw, falafels, bhajis and alcohol.

Yum. I always forget to do corn on the cob. Silly me coz I really love it. And I prefer it without butter too,

Really liking the idea of the mushrooms and potatoes - I wouldn't of even thought about that! Im having a few BBQ's next month (weather dependant!) so will give this a try :D
