Check with one of the more experienced Dukaneers first - I am only 4 weeks in so I don't know as much as the other peeps on here, but I would treat beansprouts as a "salad" food, and Dr D says ALL SALADS are allowed!
I use them, but I sprout my own using Mung beans, which are smaller than the commercial ones. Alfalfa seeds sprouted as well are salad and very good for you. I usually sprout and eat after three days or so when the carbs have been used by the growing plant. Lots of minerals and anti oxidants.
