Hi

Ur lunch looks great,! Great job going spinning. Just wish I had a sat class to go to.. Lots of classes on early in the morning but not a spin class.

Still I went shopping and did some walking.

Awk lovely to get out walking!

I was wrecked after it today. There is only 2 classes on a sat morning and one on a Sunday and its crazy trying to get booked in!!

U get anything nice in the shops? X
 
Sweet chilli chicken, chips and salad with slimming world spring rolls!!

Thought id try and post the pics!

Not feeling great so was a bit stressed getting it ready. Hubby loved it and i really liked it. Would have enjoyed it more if id felt better!!

Those spring rolls look amazing! Your food looks ace as usual, I really need to start photographing mine again. Only photos I took recently were of the mega burgers on our day off hehe ;) x
 
How did you make breakfast muffins? :)

They were not good lol.

I think it was with weetabix, yogurt and an egg and sweetner. 25 mins in oven. You have to break weetabix into tiny pieces. It was very eggy! Not sure about them at all lol x

Breakfast - banana and tea

Snack: tea and yogurt

Lunch - 2 x sainsburys cumberland sausages (1), fried egg, mushrooms, tomatoes and beans and a ds ciabatta and a low low cheese slice, tea and water

Snack - apple and a few sugar free drinks

Dinner - chicken fried rice and salad and pepper sauce (1/2)

Snacks - milky bar (3.5) bowl strawberries and strawberry yogurt and a chocolate digestive (3.5)

healthy extras used on ds ciabatta and milk & cheese

Total syns: 8.5

Exercise - 45 spin

Just fry light. Dear lord, oil is like a bad word in this house lol.

I oven cook it all nearly! Sainsburys sausages are much nicer done in oven. I micro the mushrooms whole for 3 mins then oven cook them and tomatoes and just fry the egg and bacon! X

Breakfast - banana and Greek muller (1/2) porridge and milk, tea and water

Snack: tea and water

Lunch - 1/2 bowl carrot and lentil soup, smash scone, and gammon, carrot and turnip mash and beans

Snack - Tea

Dinner - lm sausages, chips, roasted parsnips, beans and salad

Snacks - skips (4) milky bar (3.5), Jacobs cheese savour (1) Greek muller (1/2)

healthy extras used on porridge and milk

Total syns: 9.5

Exercise - 45 total body workout

Also ended up going for an hour walk pushing my niece up a huge hill in the buggy! If i don't lose weight this week i never Will lol

Well shhhh wasnt meant too but got 2 tops on M and S they were in the sale though. Got a pair of trousers for work ooo and some shoes......was waiting till I lost loads of weight but thought gotta look nice whilst i doing it right ?

Oh i def agree. U have to look nice whilst dieting and a clothes size is 1.5 stone so you my as well enjoy the clothes your in. I sell mine on ebay when they are too big lol x

Dinner - subway salad and sweet onion sauce (2)

Snacks - milky bar (3.5)

healthy extras used on alpen light and 3 ryvita crackerbread and milk

Total syns: 5.5
