Hi all, I have decided to do a food diary from today so I have a record of it and also to get any hints and tips! I go to a weekly weigh in every Friday and have even started buying a 6 week countdown to keep me going! I got weighed on Friday and I had gained 2.5lb in the week between Christmas and new year despite only going off plan once, I sat and cried for a while as I had stuck to it 99% of the week and then binged which was not the best thing but think I got it out of my system ready to start again today! I have about 7 stone to loose and aim not to give up this time! One of the main struggles for me is having healthy extra A as don't drink much tea and only eat cheese with meals like spaghetti bolognaise.
Day 1 - Sunday 1st January EE plan

4 Sausages - 2 syns
Snacks -
2 peppers
2 celery sticks
1 carrot
1 banana
1 apple
Grapes
Lunch/tea -
Roast pork
Boiled potatoes
Cabbage
Carrots
Green beans
Pork crackling - 25g 7 syns
Gravy - 1.5 syns
Sugar free jelly - 0.5 syns
Healthy extras -
A -
B - 2 alpen light bars
Drinks throughout the day -
Pepsi max
Sugar free juice
Water
