Free
2 eggs; apple; banana; green beans; home made chilli (mince / tomatoes / peppers / Mushrooms / Kidney beans / spices); small amount wholemeal pasta; strawberries; Activia 0% Vanilla
Syns
Evaporated milk = 4
Plain digestive = 3.5
Half fat cheddar = 3
Total = 10.5
Meals planned for the week:
Breakfasts = boiled eggs or prawn ommlette followed by a piece of fruit
Lunches = All Bran with soya milk and chopped up fruit
Dinner = Sir Fry Veg, lean meat and noodles (Tue and Thur) / Lamb leg steak with roast parsnips & potatoes, string beans, broccolli & gravy (Wed) / Chicken and veg curry with rice
Saturday evening and Sunday lunchtime I'm going to be eating out so I'm going to spend some time studying the menus for the places I'm going so I can make good choices....
Mushroom & Tomato Linguine or Nicoise Salad http://media.freeola.com/other/21646/hopbinemenujuly13.pdf
I think the roast dinner is the only viable option here for Sunday lunchtime.... Sunday Menu - Menu - The Fox, Aspenden
