H there swinns, first thing I notice is that there is hardly any superfree food in your week, most days there only a bit of salad at dinner and some days there appears to be none at all. Superfree food really is the key to success on sw as it helps fill you up by replacing 1/3 of the "regular" free food (eg the more calorie dense) with lower calorie density fruit and veg. It is strongly recommended on all 3 plans as an alternative to weighing and measuring your food as it naturally reduces the portion sizes.

Other than that it seems ok, you are using your healthy extras and syns, just make sure that superfree is included. Maybe try mixing it up a bit too as you are having the same for dinner every day except one. Good luck!
