Bechamel sauce

I want to make a lasagne, and I would like it to be as free as possible. Does anyone have a recipe for a bechamel sauce alternative? I'm SURE I saw one somewhere and I can't remember, and it's bugging me. Could have been in one of the magazines. Any ideas?

how is it normally made? maybe you could tweak it a bit?

It's mostly milk and butter. Maybe flour? I'm not sure.

ok well maybe have a look at using HEXA for the milk and some syns for the butter?
Have you looked on the sw website?

yeah, they got one which has fromage frais, but I thought the yogurty flavour wouldn't work too well with the bolognasey flavour.
