    Monday - Green Day

    Breakfast - Chopped banana with vanilla mullerlight yoghurt and branflakes (HEB)

    Lunch - Cottage cheese with salad - lettuce, cucumber, tomato, with sweet chilli sauce (1.5 syns)

    Tea - Pasta, with carrots, butternut squash, peas and green beans. Topped with low low cheese (HEA)

    Snacks - 3 alpen bars (HEB + 3 syns)
    2 low fat yoghurts
    Handful of grapes

    Plan for today - Green day

    Breakfast - Branflakes (HEB) with skimmed milk (HEA)

    Snack - Alpen bar (3 syn) with mullerlight vanilla yoghurt

    Lunch - A salad - Lowlow cheese (HEA) with lettuce, cucumber, tomato and sweetcorn, with light mayo (2 syns)

    Tea - Spaghetti hoops on wholemeal bread (HEB)

    Supper - Grapes, watermelon and low fat yoghurt.

    Total - 5 syns..unless I treat myself to a creme egg later on making in 13.5

    I didnt have the creme egg yesterday! But I did have margarine on my low fat bread so had 6 syns all together.

    Today is another green day - Im doing all green this week!

    Breakfast
    3 runny poached eggs on wholemeal toast (HEXB) with a little bit of marg (1 syn)

    Snack
    1 Alpen Bar (Half of my HEXB) and a mullerlight yoghurt

    Lunch
    Pasta with lettuce, tomato, sweetcorn, cucumber. A splash of sweet chilli sauce (1.5 syns)

    Tea
    Quorn bangers with mash made with a tablespoon of low fat marg (3 syns) with mushy peas

    Supper
    Alpen bar (Other half of HEXB), Grapes and yoghurt

    Also doing street dance and abs express class at my gym tonight, really burns alot of calories!

    I had my weekly treat of a creme egg yesterday..yummy so total syns for yesterday were 14!

    Today - Green Day

    Brekkie - Branflakes (HEXB) with skimmed milk (HEXA)

    Snack - Mullerlight yoghurt

    Lunch - Cheese (HEXA) with a salad, lettuce, tomatoes, garden peas and cucumber with light mayo (2 syns)

    Tea - Homemade veg soup with two slices of wholemeal bread (HEXB)

    Snack - Grapes

    Brekkie - Magic porridge (HEXB) - was not keen and some melon

    Lunch - Cottage cheese salad with sweet chilli sauce (1.5 syn)

    Tea - Pasta n Sauce with some more cottage cheese (Half a syn)

    Snacks - Yoghurt, curly wurly (6 syns), 2 dairylea slices (HEXA)

    Total of 11 syns

    Brekkie - Magic Porridge (not keen) (HEXB) and some melon pieces

    Snack - 2 dairylea triangles(HEXA) , 2 alpen bars (2ND HEXB)

    Lunch - Cottage cheese salad with sweet chilli sauce (1.5 syns) and a curly wurly (6 syns)

    Tea - Pasta n Sauce cheese and broccolli with mixed in cottage cheese (1/2 syn)

    Saturday

    Brekkie - Beans on wholemeal toast (HEXB) with poached eggs

    Lunch - Jacket Potato with spaghetti hoops and cheese (HEXA)

    Snack - Creme egg and creme fraiche (11 syns)

    Tea - Slimming world salt n pepper chips

    Snack - Melon pieces and 2 crackerbreads (2 syn) with marg (1 syn)

    My first red day today!

    Breakfast - Melon and grapes with low fat yoghurt, 4 ryvita dark rye crispbreads (hexb) with dairylea light triangles (HEXA)

    Snack - 2 more ryvita crispbreads (3 syns) with a dairylea triangle (part of HEXA) and 2 alpens bars (HEXB)

    Lunch - Tuna mayo salad - Tuna, extra light mayo (1/2 syn), peas (1 syn), lettuce, cucumber, tomato

    Snack - Mullerlight yoghurt

    Tea - Mackereal, crab sticks with steamed veg (sweetcorn in the veg us 3.5 syns)

    Total syns - 8

    First day so abit iffy, had to syn things I dont usaully syn which was weird ha! Hopefully things will pick up throughout the week as I get used to it!

    Lunch - Chicken soup (unsure of syn value) and snack a jacks 5 syns
    Tea- Steamed veg and mackeral
