i ive wrote everything in my into and dont want to look like im repeating myself lol, anyway i want to lose about 3stone to get to 11stone, i had 3 days of no food and just exante diet shakes, Saturday i had a tuna sandwich which is not to bad as still below the daily required amount of calories, today i had a "cheat" day, but tomorrow i am back onto the just shakes diet and plenty of water as well
