Starting today on a mix of extra easy and red days! Today I have just woke up and had

Breakfast - 2 weetabix with chopped banana and mug of green tea (HEA & HEB)

Lunch - mackerel, two new potatoes, crab sticks, and salad

Tea- veg, rice and beetroot

Day 2-
Breakfast - Pineapple, banana, watermelon, apple, quark and fat free yoghurt
Lunch - Cous cous, 4 dairylea light triangles, beetroot, salad (2.5 syns +HEA), a boiled egg
Tea - Chicken, rice and veg
Snack - Yoghurt, fruit

Day 3-
Breakfast - 2 weetabix, skimmed milk and chopped banana (1/2HEA+HEB)
Lunch - cous cous, ham, chicken, two boiled eggs and salad (2.5 syns)
Tea - Pasta, broccoli and two dairylea light triangles (3 syns)
Snack - pineapple, melon, pear quark and yoghurt, babybel (1/2 HEA)

tea - tomato and herb pasta n sauce + salad
snack - yoghurt, pineapple, quark


Weighed in today and lost 6 pound :D yipeee

Nowhere near enough superfree because I am at my boyfriends house with no fruit or veg in!

Decided on a green day today

Brekkie - Weetabix topped with a banana (hea+heb)
Lunch - Pasta n Sauce with cottage cheese
Tea - Big bowl of fruit and quark
Snack - Two alpen bars and hot choc (2 syns +hea+heb)
 
Brekkie - Weetabix topped with banana (200ml skimmed milk - 4 syns?, + HEB)
Lunch - Chicken slices, 5 light dairylea triangles (HEA), veg
Tea- Gammon roast
Snack - Fruit, quark and yoghurt


Today - going to try a red day
Brekkie - Porridge with sliced apple (hea & heb)
Lunch - Crab sticks, boiled egg + salad
Snack - Alpen bar x2 (heb)
Tea - smoked haddock with veg and cheese (hea), the beg had sweetcorn so I work it out as about 1.5 syns?
Snack - Grapes, banana and ff yoghurt, alpen bar, hot choc (5.5 syns)

Breakfast - Massive bowl of fruit, quark and ff yoghurt. Banana, apple, pear, pineapple and strawberry, my 5 a day ;)
Lunch- went shoppin so took with me couscous (1 syn) boiled egg, apple, pear and grapes
Had two skinny lattes, hea + 6 syns
Tea- curry, two alpen bars, (heb) bowl of quark and pineapple

Maybe too much fruit?!

WI this morning, lost 3 and a half pound, made up!

Feeling crappy today :( can't find the motivation to go the gym

Had a really bad day yesterday -

Breakfast - Porridge and apple (heb+hea)
Lunch - Pasta and tuna mayo (4 syns)
Tea - Big bowl of fruit and yoghurt, 2 alpen bars (6 syns) and handful of branflakes (5 syns?)

Then I went out and drunk loads of cider, wine and cocktails, had cheesy chips, two pieces of toast and 8 squares of choc :( Feel like poop! Drawing a line now and trying to be really good next 3 days before weigh in!
 
New start after last night, tryna be good is hard on a hangover!
