Night! Im already in bed, haha, beat you!

Dont feel to hot tonight, so ive filled a huge jug with ice and water, took 2 paracetamol and climbed into bed. Im reading my magazine and will not be goin to sleep til th water is finished.....just feel blah! think its the heat tho, and my hayfever has been giving me probs today....dont think its anything to do with the diet x
