    Tuesday -

    B/fast - choc meal bar
    Lunch - peanut snack bar
    Dinner - good for you lasagna and peas

    Snacks
    Ww chicken noodle soup
    2x satsuma and small apple
    Wotsits

    Woke up late and has to rush to get wee one to school and me to work so had 2 meal bars today will get back on a shakes tomorrow

    Breakfast - caramel shake
    Lunch - choc meal bar
    Dinner - spaghetti and meatballs - side salad and a pink and white wafer after

    Snack
    Chicken noodle soup (ww)
    2 satsumas
    Wotsits

    Thurs and Friday And sat I was mega busy so didn't get on to update my diary but was well on track lost another 2.5 lbs when I checked on my Friday weigh in however my new scales are a bit rubbish might take them back,


    Today

    No breakfast as was up and out early

    Lunch - ww cuppa soup and beetroot salad

    Dinner - grilled chicken actifry roast potatoes and carrots, gravy

    Shaks

    Heat and sweet popcorn, satsumas
    2. X Dutch crisp bread and laughing cow


    Not a bad day considering I didn't have any slimfast. Will be more organised in future, cupboards are stocked and have a superdrug order on way so no excuse really lol

    Monday

    B/fast - meal bar

    Dinner stew with boiled potato and carrots
    Snacks
    Ww chicken noodle soup
    Heat and sweet popcorn
    Apple and satsuma

    Good day felt a wee bit hungry today but just has a cuppa and gonna go bed read for a bit, scales are going back tomorrow so need to get a new set

    Food been good today

    Dinner - weight watchers pizza and salad
    Snacks
    Weight watchers chicken noodle soup
    Nectarine and satsuma
    Pink and white and heat and sweet popcorn


    New scales bought today after last ones being rubbish so not sure how that will effect the weigh in on Friday but will just take it from there
