BEEF CURRY PV DAY (cooked like a casserole in oven) 180c for 2 hours

400g or a pack of casserole beef cubes
1 large onion
1 large red pepper
1 inch of ginger peeled
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp of tikka curry powder
1 tbsp of paprika
3/4 of teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Cut up cubes into bite size pieces. Slice the pepper. Put them in a casserole dish.

Put the onion, garlic and ginger in food processor and blitz to make the base of the sauce.
Heat this in a saucepan with a little water instead of oil to stop it sticking for 10 mins to cook.
Then add the tikka curry powder, paprika and cinnamon and stir. Then add the tomatoes. Cook for another few mins.
Then pour this over the beef and peppers and stir together.
Cover then pop in oven for 2 hours 180c.

(I didn't need to add any cornflour to thicken as it came out lovely & thick. I just stirred it once halfway through).

Beef lovely and tender. I serve mine with cauliflower rice.

:)

Did this today, used madras powder and garam masala instead of the tikka powder... So cut the madras powder amount in half... Tasty curry, and really easy to make.
