Don't know on the jerky front, but re bacon, I couldn't find any non-nitrate bacon that didn't cost a fortune, so just stick to the regular Tescos stuff :)

The only packets of beef jerky I've seen in Tesco were high in carbs. Keep checking the labels & please let us know if you find any LC ones, lol.

If you're really craving jerky there's an alternative I've seen mentioned a few times called billtong or billitong (not sure of the spelling) jerky - its low carb :)

i've found beef jerky to be suprisingly high in carbs, biltong is a lot better. But maybe this is the answer to my 'what to nibble on in the evening' issue....it's expensive but then again then may stop me eating the whole lot in one go!

I am eating pork scratchings now. Plus I had a pepperami hot lol. Feels weird munching the stuff I love and not being guilty about it!
