Been away a while!

Hey guys seems forever since I have been on here! So I went to Turkey and then just been really busy with college and work! In 4 weeks off Lipotrim I have put on 6lbs :( but I am back on today and I'm doing ok no perticular cravings yet but I know worse is to come. I hope everyone has been doing well (I'm sure you all have) and I hope to be posting more often now (Iwill make time).

xxxxxx

I have a friend who did Lipotrim and lost 5 stone. She has been off it for 4 weeks and has put on 10 lbs.
Now she is talking about going on it again for 2 weeks to loose the 10lbs.
Is it dangerous going on and off it.

Its not dangerous going on and off it - this diet isnt dangerous - it will just become an easy way out for people if they continue to lose weight then put it back on again then go back to LT to it again. Its a waste of money and time doing so.
