    hi guys its been a while i posted here, i have been ill for a week plus and i had to stop the d diet for a while.. am getting back on the horse tomorrow... dont know how much damage i have done, cos i have not weight myself yet but i know some damages have been done :sigh:, will know how much when i go for my WI on wednesday.. so am going to take it one day at a time.

    Good luck getting back on track. I had 5 meals out last week (birthday week) and only put on 2 lbs, and this week have had a good loss as it must have revved up my metabolism. So don't panic when you get weighed, its all swings and roundabouts!
