Ahhh well for various reasons i have been off plan for three weeks, and luckily i have only put half a pound on! But im finding it so hard to get back into it, temptation everywhere. Im feeling particulary lethargic at the moment (doesnt help eating crap either does it!). So i hope you dont mind me coming back? Want to be a more regular poster again and hopefully get some inspiration to carry on my journey.
