been poorly and struggling

    hiya everyone
    i missed wi this week as i went home from work ill yesterday. was sick and had a temperature and the most terrible stomach cramps ever. i went to bed at 2:45pm and stayed in bed til 7:30am this morning, went back to bed at 10am and got up at 2;30pm. i havent eaten anything in 24hours and im now going to have some haddock and spring onion fishcakes.... which will have syns as they are morrisons ones but im having them with peas and potatoes.
    hope i can get back on track ok and keep my food down as im starving now lol
    hope everyone is ok x

    thanks everyone, feel sick after eating just hoping it stays down. i havent weighed myself and not going to til next week, not going to stress myself out with it x

    Hope you feel better soon. I know when I have been ill, I always crave white bread toast and butter, fishcakes sound quite healthy compared to that

    hi everyone,
    well i feel alot better today, tummy feels a bit tender but going to drinl lots of water today and chop up loads of fruit to much on throughout the day. going back to basics this week... so it pork loins for tea with fried mushrooms, onions and grilled tomatoes for tea and snacks of yoghurt and fruit... maybe push the boat out and have some carrot sticks lol x
