Been poorly . . . . . . . . .

. . . . . and finding it very hard to ger back on the wagon!!

I've had flu since last Wednesday. I didn't eat much at all thursday to sunday, then had a planned trip to London with my Mum Monday to Wednesday. Wasn't too bad whilst down there, avoided the sweeties and only ate at meal times and walked miles!!

But, i'm still feeling under weather and am struggling to find the energy to want to cook something nice. I'm craving spicy hot stuff to blow my head off :D but cos I can't be bothered to cook, i'm reaching for the telephone to order a take away. I usually have batches of soup made up for lunch to take to work, but cos of being ill and away i've none made up and am losing track of syns!!

I weighed myself in Boots on way to work yesterday and they say i've lost 2 lb since last weigh in on 08/03/11, so i'm pleased with that.

I'm batching up some soup this weekend, so hopefully will get rid of the last bit of the flu and be back on it from Monday.

I don't know what i'm trying to achieve from typing this, suppose I just need to get it out - kinda of a "forgive me SW cos I have syn'd and I will try harder from next week". But cos I have the "next week" thing in my head, i'm struggling to want to stay on track for the weekend!!

It's never easy when feeling poorly. Just getting over a respiratory infection right now and it's so much harder to be motivated. Just want to say best of luck.
