Well, wow. This is the first time I've spotted this thread and I've just spent a couple of hours of my life reading through it. Some of the transformations are absolutely incredible. There are a few on here that you really would struggle to believe had you not been there and done it yourself.

There are some absolute stunners on here, you would not believe they were once overweight. Certainly a few have gone from 'wouldn't' to 'most definitely would'. Haha.

Anyway, any excuse for me to post some pictures, because I'm vain like that, most definitely proud of what I have achieved anyway, but yeah, vain too I suppose. I hope some of the pictures in here keep people on track and if anything I post stops you reaching for that 50p to put in the vending machine, then I'm happy.
