Before & After's

I don't have any recent photos, so I suppose what I have is more a before and during.

So this is me before:

And this was me after a year if weight loss, so probably 5.5 stone down:

I've lost another couple of stone or so since then though - really must get a more up to date picture, lol. xx

I didn't lose all mine by cc but it's gone lol. I ended up on a food replacement because of gallstones long story but yeah I lost 7st in. 7 months but I've lost 10st totally at this point.

Thanks, ladies, I sometimes think I don't look much different, so it's good to occasionally look at a before picture. I'm still a squidgy 50 year old, but no longer morbidly obese, lol. xx

I find that everytime i get dressed i still see that fat girl looking at me. looking at the body from my perspective too i see it alot in my arms and legs and even tummy its just because i was like that for so long its hard to a just.
