Being Realistic!!

Dear All

Its our anniversary next year and we are looking to book an all-inc holiday at our favourite part of Turkey. The last couple of years I have been on holiday, I feel like I havent let my self go 100% as if something was holding me back and I know it was my weight. We go away 2nd September 2013 and want to lose 50lbs by then - do you think this is realistic without adding any pressure??

It is an extremely realistic goal my dear.

When I look at your stats we are practically the same starting weight.

I have lost 26lbs in 10weeks!!!

I have been good, with one all out weekend in between.

Are you going with SW or WW or anything like that?!

I reckon you will be at your goal by the end of Jan start of Feb :)
