Thanks everyone for the lovely comments, need to keep looking at these pics to make me get back on track. Weight loss took just over 10 months but ive had a stall due to poor physical health and i'm not allowed to do the cambridge diet so trying to get myself back in a palce of healthy eating with exercise, suffice to say its not really been happening this last few weeks but it will and ideally before i no longer fit into my clothes lol
