Benefits of drinking so much water....

    Start Weight:
    17st3.0lb
    Goal Weight:
    10st0lb
    Diet:
    Exante and exercise
    So i was thinking of all the benefits of drinking all this water and heres what i came up with:

    Better skin
    getting fitter running to loo all the time
    No more Urine infections /cystitis
    Toning my pelvic floor as i hold my wee when i'm out and cant find a loo
    Not feeling as bloated and heavy at TOTM
    Taking away the emotional hunger pangs
    Keeping me from nibbling while making meals
    More you drink the more you shrink!!!

    Don't diet anymore!
    Allows your liver to metabolise fat at 100% and not only run at 70% as it is helping out your underdilated kidneys!!!

    Is this true?? I didn't realise water could make your nails stronger but I did wonder why mine weren't peeling so much since I've been on the diet.

    Together we lost 8 stone on CD.
    Water is a lot cheaper than beer too!
