A lovely simple, yet elegant and healthy dessert.

1 hartleys raspberry sugar-free jelly
a selection of soft summer fruits, I used strawberry, raspberry and blueberry.

Arrange the fruit in a 1lb loaf tin and make up the jelly as directed, pour over the fruit and leave to set.

Cut into slices and serve with whatever you like - I had sweetened quark with lemon extract.
