Best before dates

Has anyone had packs after the end dates on them
If so did anything change
Only reason I ask I had a friend who used packs a few months old and still lost weight and said the taste was the same

I had some out of date packs (out by about 3 months I think) and they tasted awful And some were lumpy!
So they got thrown out.

Mine have always been fine - depends on your tastebuds I think

Mine were out of date (by quite a lot though) and I ended up really ill!

o ouch, i've tried 3 packs and all seems good
just whisking it proper, so no lumps, and with a sweetner does a brilliant job
