Hi guys!
I'm on LL and hope to lose 5 stone by Christmas. I'm in my early 20s and I'm using bio oil and moisturiser on my skin, so I'm hoping the skin should stretch back quite well, but I was looking to find what the best exercise would be to aid the process?
Because I'm a VLCD I need to be careful about how strenuous I exercise, but any advice would be appreciated!
