Hiya everyone

Just after a bit of advice.

I have 8 weeks till my holidays and am looking for the best exercise for quick weightloss. And any diet advice would be great.

Keep trying to do cambridge but failing so need a good hard 8 weeks.

To give help I have a gym membership with a pool, a bike, 30 day shred dvd and claire nasir dvd.

All help will be appreciated x x x

look into trying some classes if your gym membership covers it. group exercise is easier to follow (and harder to sit down and give up) than a fitness dvd :)
and if it does cover classes, try everything. find something(s) you enjoy and can stick too and keep it up!

aswell as doing cardio, add some weight training in there. it wont make you gain any bulk, but thats what gives you that toned up look, all cardio does is burn fat, it wont tone up that much, but with adding a bit of weights in there you'll get a fab toned up body :D
dosent have to be heavy weights, light weights are just as good as heavy ones. id actually reccomend light weights for toning rather than heavier weights :)

Gonna pick up a timetable for the gym classes.

I know a new one they have started in kettlebell as well x x
