Hello everyone!
I'm looking for a bit of guidance on the best fat-free yoghurt to use for savoury and sweet Slimming World dishes? I have been using Total 0% Greek yoghurt for everything (from fajitas to eton mess), tasted okay, but it can be a little sour at times. Also, it's no good for stirring into hot dishes, such as curry, even when they have been taken off the heat, tastes okay but looks yuk! :yuk:
Tried SW barbecue sauce yesterday, very good - am going to have leftover sauce with Quorn sausages and rice for lunch tomorrow. Today, I'm trying their roast chicken stuffed with herbs, onion, garlic and lemon - it's in the oven at the moment, smells promising!
