best low point jar curry??

ww do a couple which are ok. most curry paste is 1 pt per spoon so could make your own

ww korma sauce is lush - only £1 a jar in sainsburys or 79p in netto's atm! Otherwise, I dont think Patak's is too bad.. but of course the Patak's jar sauces serve 4 people whereas the ww ones serve 2..

i think its dopiaza or jalfrezi that sainsburys do a be good to yourself in and thats really nice too

i * think* to make your own you'd need-

tin of chopped toms
onion, pepper, garlic.
spices which ever you fancy!

yep thats about it-i've got (somewhere) a really good ww recipe for prawn curry-i'm sure you could use chicken or whatever you fancy if prawns arent for you, but the blend of spices is really nice. if it will help i can finds it this eve and post it for you-think its about 3.5 points a portion if using prawns
