Best pub meal

I guys I'm doing do well at the moment losing average 2 per week I have apron 8 st to lose anyway me and hubby going for meal in which will be a 3 course I will be have light cals in day and excercise bur any idea wht I can have I don't like salads I really don't want to blow this xx
 
Veggie soup or even better... Melon to start. Then if you possibly can... No chips roasties or mash with mains. And if possible no sauces or just a little. And I'd personally skip dessert but you could have fruit salad or a small bowl of ice-cream? But not topped with fudge brownies, whipped cream, chopped nuts and a marsbar like the one at my local pub!!!!
