    Ok Here it goes! I hope im working it out all ok im using the calculator for most things!

    Day 1

    Breakfast
    Milk Skimmed 4
    Rice Crispies 4
    Sugar 1

    Lunch
    Tesco LC Chicken Bake 6
    Tin of Peas 1.5

    Dinner
    CousCous 4
    Fish 4
    Tin of Peas 1.5
    Green Beans 0.5

    Snacks
    Milk 4

    Points used 30.5

    Day 2

    Breakfast
    Cnut Cornflakes 4
    Milk 4

    Lunch
    Fish Pie 4
    Tin of Peas 1.5
    Green Beans 0.5
    Carrots 0.5

    Dinner
    Chicken Curry 8
    Rice Puydding 6

    Snacks
    Milk 1
    3 Rich Tea 1.5

    Points used 31

    Will keep Updating it :)
    Iv not put the can of pickled beetroon iv eaten over the last 2 days as it was listed as free point... i hope! :D

    what milk do you use! seems high points! I have a pint of skimmed a day for 2 points!

    Also carrots are free and green beans and do you have a very large bowl of cereal! Just trying to save you a few points.

    the veg are canned so in sugar i didnt want to say no points encase.... and i have been having quite big bowls of cerial lol. Also only have semi skimmed long life milk in the house and i drink ALOT of coffee!

    ill be honest i do think im rounding up a bit :(
