BFree Sweet Potato Wraps

Hi,

I'm mildly gluten intolerant, and have recently tried BFree's new sweet potato wraps. They are 95 calories with about 4.8g of fibre...
Knowing that their whole meal wraps are 4.5 syns or a healthy extra, I need some advice about the sweet potato ones. I thought they may be better because sweet potato is free on SW, but can't be sure. I'm currently having two for lunch, one as my healthy extra and another as 4.5 syns. Can anyone help?

Hi, I am afraid the sweet potato wraps are not classed as a healthy extra but are 4.5 syns each. If you still have good losses though, you might get away with it counting the wrap as a HeB?
