BGTY Houmous - mini tubs

Anyone any idea in the syns for one of these? You know the ones I mean? A little stack of 3 reduced fat houmous pots (it's such a good idea - stops me devouring a full sized pot in one go!)

Lifeline says that the rf houmous is 1 syn per tablespoon. How many tablespoons are in one of them? Two? Three?

1 tablespoon = 15ml or approx 15 grams, so can you work it out from that? I can't find it on-line either

Did you know that you can have 57g of reduced fat hummus as a hex b on green/EE days? Just a thought!

its 2half syns of reduced fat houmous for 27g i had some today mmm

The pots are 60g - so I think 4 syns should do it. Thanks
