Big Dollops diary drivvle

Hope today has been a good one. I like lazy Sundays, well lazy any days really hence the weight issue
it was a real lazy day as i was out sat night and had too many glasses of landlords happy time liquid. i am not even going to count the points but i did resist the kebab at around midnight,anyway line drawn underneath that episode and back to WW
Mondays food intake was back on track and 2point under ive got to claw a few back for sat night!!!

B beans on 2 toast 6pts
L can of big soup veg 2 1/2 pts
T tuna salad, boiled egg, Pasta 2 bread 11pts
yoghurt 1pt
Snacks apple, banana,ryvita minis 4pts
butter,milk, sugar 3pts
 
Hi well done on your 3lbs excellent and the pints well forget them,Im sure your have another good weigh in and resisting the kebab go you :) x

Well its been a few days since i last updated the diary and to be honest not a lot has happened just keep plodding on with the diet and working on the house hopefully working off the booze at the w/end had a weigh in and lost another 2 lbs so at least its still coming off
